"This is the absolute worst insurance company, I paid a professional roofing company for an inspection of our roof and they said it wasn't done properly and wasn't up to code, we called our state farm insurance company for there inspector to inspect here and told my mother there wasn't nothing wrong with the roof, told us the air conditioner pans were full of water and leaking out, i went up there and took pictures of the air conditioner pans, nothing in there, it was bone dry, state farm inspector lied so they didn't have to pay, i have had enough with this company and with Ronnie, ive contacted a state inspector and have contacted out state attorney general, i also am going to hire me an attorney and im going to sue Ronnie and State farm for dishonesty and refusing to help solve the problem, my attorney is going to put this crook out of business, Ronnie should know dishonesty doesn't cut it and we have had enough."
